Italian Thoroughbred National Breeders' Association

The Italian Thoroughbred is a new breed of equine created by threescompany on FeralHeart.

     The breed was officially founded in 1998 and was named Italy's national breed representative upon the approval of the first owner and founder of the breed- William Blackwell. Standards of classification on this breed are elite; ranging from 16.5 to 19.0 hh, lean-athletic build, elegant  structure, and an elongated upper spine; this horse was built to endure long distances- and can hit a peaking speed of around 35-50 MPH! It's origins developed from the American and Irish Thoroughbred, Polo Ponies, the Oldenburg, and a bit of Dutch Warmblood.
